focus on .wellbeing
We work with our clients to sustain higher levels of energy, resilience and wellbeing.
This has become a core part of our coaching and leadership programs as our clients navigate environments that are increasingly volatile, complex and uncertain. Through an integrated wellbeing focus we equip leaders with an understanding of and the tools to strengthen their energy, resilience and wellbeing. With sustained energy leaders are more constructive, more thoughtful, more creative and more productive.

We work with the whole person when we work with our clients. Finding ways to enable our clients to thrive professionally and personally can only be achieved when we focus on wellbeing and resilience.
Leading in environments that are increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and uncertain drives the importance on equipping leaders with an understand of and tools to strengthen wellbeing and resilience.
Several years ago we started researching wellbeing and mental health. We wanted to find a framework and evidence-based approach to deepening our wellbeing coaching beyond simply discussing how many hours are you working and have you tried meditation and yoga!
We explored university post graduate courses, consulting and professional certifications. Through this research we connected with GLWS and found a kindred consulting firm. GLWS are a values based, evidence based wellbeing partner who specialise in wellbeing for professionals and leaders.

the .COACH and the .PSYCH
Nick Petrucco (the .coach) and Marcel Koper (the Mental Health Professional) met when Nick was an Executive and Marcel worked for the EAP. Nick having resisted support for over 10 years to deal with mental health challenges and burn out finally succumbed and reached out for support. This path led him to experience the unique care and approach of Marcel Koper and the start of a long-term commitment to work together to achieve sustained performance, health and wellbeing. Nick and Marcel have remained close and in recent years enjoyed robust discussions and shared learning on similar but different approaches to coaching leaders and their teams. This is our offer to bring the best of our coaching experience and our clinical psychology and therapy experience to support the performance, health and wellbeing of you and your people.
Meet Marcel. A skilled trainer, academic and curriculum developer.
A genuine, warm, well-informed, resourceful and highly experienced practitioner/consultant with 20+ years practising as a counsellor, clinical/professional/supportive supervisor, with the ability to work in different demanding environments.
He specialises in Mental Health First Aid, mindfulness, trauma, self awareness self-care and self-management and has developed extensive experience in the area of online counselling (or telehealth) and support.
He is an innovator and creative thinker, who successfully project manages the initiatives he has conceived and designed. His background as a missionary and training in meditation, together with his MSW and gestalt therapy training bring informed insight and balance. He believes if he supports one person then he supports the hundreds affected by that person.
His personal experience in leadership roles and creative thinking enables him to support others in this capacity and realises that ongoing support is for people in all roles who regularly work with people whether it be caring, health, education, management, leadership or ministry. Supporting people in their mental health and learning skills in the areas of mindfulness, self-awareness, managing mental health and self-care are essential tools. Marcel is particularly interested in helping people increase their self-awareness so that they can become more authentic, freer and genuine people in all aspects of their lives. Therefore, he believes that proper self-care is a vital ingredient especially given that burnout is a much more common and real phenomenon that people experience today (and increasingly in these times).
